The choice of service is made by the customer an informed choice, the fault of the carrier is liable for any problems or delays and the client can not hold the company Jetwally for responsible.The customer must initiate claim with the shipping company and not from our society.
Duties and import taxes
Our company ships from Morocco.Transportation is a chargeback and do not include duties and taxes on imports into your country and they remain to be paid on delivery.Transportation companies such as La Poste, EMS, Chronopost deal to cash these taxes due at delivery.
For specialized carrier, it is the customer's freight forwarder who handles custom import formalities and the payment of duties and taxes is done at this time.
Export Processing fee
Invoices for an amount greater than 10 000 dirhams (about 1,000 euros) we must include a 35 euro fee for export that we must present to Customs (EUR1, foreign exchange commitment, etc...),our company shares the other part of the invoice, the majority on a commercial basis. This file is mandatory for your import.
New security measure for the postal transit to U.S.A. in 2011
Post of Morocco, (also, EMS, and Express shipping services like Chronopost/DHL/Fedex…) suspends its commitment of time to deliver packages to the country. The Post uses all ways to deliver all the packages entrusted as soon as possible to that country. And 6 to 10 additional days are to be expected and be added to the guaranteed delivery initial time.
